Sustainably farmed Scottish salmon hand cured with salt and brown sugar then cold smoked in our traditional brick smokers for 24-32 hours and long sliced. Simply delicious! Serves approximately 8 people.

How to find us-
Coming from Curry Rivel (a big village just outside langport on the road to Taunton) take the B3168 Ilminster road at the Bell hotel and head towards Hambridge and Westport. After one and a half miles see the Brown and Forrest sign on the left. Follow the concrete drive up to the farm buildings and the smokery parking.
